Today was Father's Day in Australia. Not bad for me, get to celebrate twice in 2008. Woke up to the enticement of chocolate covered almonds....as long as I shaved. So, after a shave, had a nice breakfast and mowed the lawn for a few hours in driving rain showers. After the first cutting was completed, we headed over for tea and crumpets at our neighbors (Bridgett and Russell Denholm). All in all, a great Father's Day! It will be Maddy and Brendan's first day at Eppalock Primary School tomorrow. A couple nervous yet excited kids.
