After nearly 3.5 months off of school, Maddy and Bren headed back to academia today, southern hemisphere style. As mentioned previously, both are attending Eppalock Primary School. It seems to be a great school and the kids truly enjoyed their first day. Just a wee bit of homework, but more importantly, met new friends to invite to birthday parties over the next few weeks. Very brave kids, heading to a new school in a new country, sporting more worldly perspectives, and wearing uniforms. An experience to remember!

Ahh, congrats on the first day of school! The kids look very sharp in their uniforms. Everyone looks great, but when do we get to see pics of Mom!?!?! Thanks for the website, it is so fun to look over.

Uniforms!! the greatest thing ever!! I am glad to hear that everything went well the first day of school. I will show this Nick in the morning, he has asked about Brendan a few times! Amy
