Hiking in the Tasmanian Outback

After our exciting sail across the sea to Tasmania, we set out for some great hiking for the northern hemisphere transplants. Cradle Mountain National Park (www.parks.tas.gov.au/natparks/cradle) offered exactly what we were looking for: rough kid-friendly terrain, lakes and snakes! A couple days of nice hiking and a bit or rain. Oh yes, we had the opportunity to see the Australian Axeman's Hall of Fame in LaTrobe, Tasmania. BTW, Bodie thought a lot about Bob Cooper (his first forestry professor) quite often and picked up some trinkets for him. Truly some beautiful country! Cheers all.
