The closest thing that comes to a US County Fair, is probably the Bendigo Agricultural Show. We'd been anxiously awaiting this just to experience an Aussie Fair. The Show was this weekend, and Saturday turned out to be a very nice day with highs in the low 30s with no snakes in sight. Pretty much the same old Fair, with lots of music, mischief, money squandered and manure; it was another perfect day!
